Dear Parents, welcome and thanks you for entrusting your children to learn different and important topics to help them to grow up as human beings with values and love. The twenty-first century presents new challenges and demands for improved quality in education and be at the forefront. Education is no exception, the requirements of society and their expectations for children are much higher than the last century, and therefore the purpose of responding to modern times considers the incorporation of English Program in Education.
We have in the school the project of being better each day, the family is the example, the first place where the children receive stimulus to develop their own life properly. The time that you share with your children is very important for them to have the balance to build the happy family.
Every family should be aware of this project so that your children reach the development of values, skills and knowledge. We have in the family a project that helps us to work with you throughout this year to achieve success with effort the commitment to form human beings capable of accepting the challenges of this century.
We are called to be excellent, is a universal evocation, all families are committed to our Creator to live full of love and give the best opportunities to our children to be better in all the projects that need to reach a successful conclusion. We will have a great year if we fulfill our commitment helping parents and teachers to prepare new citizens, to drive the future of our Peru.

LABORATORY OF ENGLISH AND INTERNET ACCESS PROGRAM THROUGH PAIDEIA
Objectives in the use of Paideia in the area of English
Paideia utilization requires a change in teaching approach, which involves: Trying to make classes as active as possible. The activities will raise, will motivate our students to have access to updated information and present their findings creatively and independently.
- Using contextual information to improve their listening comprehension and optimize its internalization.
- Use vocabulary and expressions situations with routine, to enhance their English speaking spontaneously.
- Using real information content, promoting the importance of learning English
- Enhance the search for information as a resource for independent learning.
- Making a technological literacy from an early age.
- Be up to date on the publishing of software applicable to teaching and learning of foreign languages in order to put into practice in the classroom.
- Select the most appropriate material for each cycle or level in primary education, the basis of the contents that are working and the objectives to be achieved with the material, so that the use of the technologies are a means of learning and not a end.
- Working in an interdisciplinary content for students to discover that English not only serves as a subject but as a resource for understanding the information they find on the net on other areas of knowledge.
- Taught to work collaboratively, valuing the production of others.
CONCLUSION:
Students feel safer when you know why they should study or where to find resources to review the content worked in the classroom. OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAMME OF ENGLISH:
Backpack provides a basis for English language learning through a variety of content areas and topics of high interest to children. Theme related language and concepts are presented as a tightly integrated whole; every part of a unit presents, applies, reviews, or expands upon the unit theme from slightly different angles, from the opening song through final assessment.
Each unit provides a rich array of activities and experiences that foster communication and support learners as they deepen their understanding of a theme learn to use the language they need to express their ideas. This commitment to meaningful, related content and language continues through other components, such as the Content Reader, videos, Program, and Student CD-ROM
To promote and encourage primary communication skills through a sensible approach to the English language, in order to promote their development. This objective is linked to the size of school development:
Social Dimension: English is a social knowledge and thus learn in society, both pronunciation and intonation and the pragmatic use gives validity.
Affective Dimension: learning is favored with the confidence and affection, the relationship provides the child with the teacher and other students, seeking group acceptance, which is crucial to their ownership,
